How long will the item take to be shipped?

After you place an order, it will take our staff 1-3 business days to ship your item out of our warehouse (due to the pandemic, the preparing time will be delayed for 2-3 business days). When we finish shipping your item out, an email with a link to track your order will be sent to you. You can also track your order with the tracking number at here: http://www.17track.net/

 

What are the expected time of arrival after the item has been shipped and the shipping method?

Generally, after your item has been shipped, the expected delivery time is 5-10 business days (due to the pandemic, the delivery time will be delayed for 2-3 business days). The current shipping method we provide is as follows:

What courier companies do we generally cooperate with?

Our goods are generally shipped through UPS, FedEx and USPS. (Due to the pandemic, you cannot choose the courier company you want. Sorry.)

 

Where can we ship?

We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries at this time.

 

About the delivery

The delivery staff will email/call you with an arrival date before they start delivering packages.

If the delivery date is inconvenient for you, you can reschedule for a more convenient date.

It requires a signature of someone 18 years or older.

Delivery can be made not only to the main door of the building, but also to a specific unit or suite number.

*We only support a single ship to address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses (for family and friends), please place a separate order for each ship to address. Each order value must meet the applicable thresholds to be eligible for our free shipping programs.

*Check your profile/order centre for estimated delivery dates on your orders.

*Items from one order may be shipped in multiple packages.

*No deliveries on holidays and limited deliveries on weekends.

* Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity or size of the items.
